​SHIPPING FEES

New Zealand orders: 

Shipping fee is $15 or FREE for orders over NZ$130.

​

Rest of the world orders:

It is calculated by weight. Simply add your products to the cart, and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. The maximum value for each parcel is $800 or 4kg. The checkout system will warn you with a default rate of $2000 if the weight exceeds 4kg.

Please place the order separately if maximum value/weight excess.

We DO NOT ship to PO Box.​

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIMES

New Zealand: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Additional 2-3 business days for Rural deliveries.

Australia: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks after dispatch.

PROCESSING TIME

Our small-batch production ensures you receive the freshest products. Most products are made to order, so orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order are accurate and complete (including the full company name if shipping to a work address), as we are unable to change these details once your order has been placed. We will not be responsible for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided.

Delivery is considered complete when the goods arrive at the delivery address provided by you. We accept no liability for damage, loss, or theft of goods after they have been delivered. By authorizing the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you acknowledge that LUISMA Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address, as per your instructions.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Australia and international orders exceeding $999.99 may be subject to duties and customs charges. LUISMA Skincare is not liable for any customs fees.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
