Luisma Skincare uses high-quality organic and natural ingredients sourced in New Zealand. Our products are handcrafted with a mix of local and imported ingredients for optimal quality.

We don't have a shop at this stage. All orders must be placed online.

We do not have the facility to receive empty bottles back. Please wash and recycle them with your usual glass and plastics. Thank you.

We prioritize local sourcing, tapping into New Zealand's rich natural resources for the purest ingredients. We work with the same suppliers since Luisma Skincare was founded, so we can able to trace the origin of every component.

Most of Luisma Skincare products are made to order, has a shelf life of one or two years, with expiry dates clearly printed on the packaging. Our natural lip gloss have a shelf life of two years. The expiry date appears in this format: Exp 2026/08. Our products contain natural ingredients, so once opened and exposed to the air, they have a shelf life of six months.

Our products are considered safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We use essential oils instead of artificial fragrances to create our products. We recommend patch testing for all products as skin can become more sensitized during pregnancy due to hormonal changes. If you are still unsure, we recommend you seek advice from your doctor.

Apply your Luisma Skincare regime in this order: Cleanser – Use it to clean your face and remove makeup. Beauty Water – Apply after cleansing to hydrate your face. Serum – Apply to protect your skin and keep it youthful. Cream – Apply after Beauty Water or Serum to keep your skin smooth. Mask – Use once a week to refresh your skin.

Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types. If you have any concerns, please patch test your hand before use.

We ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving it.

Shipping fees vary depending on where you ship. The minimum weight is 1 kg; then calculate every 500g. Simply add the products to the cart and choose the delivery country, then the shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. If you see the shipping fee is $2000, don't panic, that means the parcel is more than 4kg. Please place orders separately.

We offer free shipping within New Zealand; once you spend $130+ on products in your cart, that option will automatically show at the checkout. Otherwise, the shipping fee is just $13.

We ship locally to New Zealand; Australia, Hong Kong, Canada, US and UK.
